Another Monday...another Career High
Benjamin fell one match short of the finals for the second consecutive tournament, but when the new rankings were released today he climbed to 45...a new career high.

This week Benjamin is in Memphis for the Morgan Keegan Championships where he is once again making his debut appearance. Today BB and Igor Kunitsyin teamed up to defeated American veterans Paul Goldstein and Jim Thomas 62 62...Benjamin gets a much deserved day off tomorrow before facing American Robert Kendrick on Wednesday.

Attached is an article written by ESPN.com's Bonnie DeSimone that chronicles yet another former NCAA player, Philip King which shows just how difficult a task Becker has accomplished by climbing to the top 50 so fast after not competing professionally in his early 20's.

The aritcle also talks about BB and his new relationship with Boris Becker's new line of clothing. Although this deal doesn't officially commence until May, Becker is proudly wearing the classic tennis gear and has enjoyed solidifying a personal relationship with the legend.

Benni, Got this address from Coach Knoll, just wanted to say how great it has been watching you climb the ATP rankings. I'm going to be in Las Vegas again this year to watch you play. What a change from last year! I doubt you will need me to warm you up this year!! Continued good luck in Memphis, look forward to seeing you in Las Vegas! Take care, Doug
